Which sports are supported (and what we program)
27 sport categories from HYROX to powerlifting — combine up to four into one program. What we program (S&C) and what we don't.
Composite Athlete programs strength & conditioning for 27 sport categories, whether you're training for a specific event or building continuous capacity. Onboarding asks which, and programs accordingly.
The categories
Twenty-seven categories span endurance, strength, hybrid, aquatic, and bodyweight sports — from HYROX, marathon, and triathlon to powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and calisthenics — plus general fitness and longevity.
Train up to four sports at once
Hold up to four sports on your profile and generation produces one integrated program that balances them. Interference is managed explicitly — heavy lower-body strength and long runs are placed so they don't cannibalize each other, and no sport is ever silently dropped. A powerlifter building a running base trains from a single coherent week, not two conflicting plans.
What we program — and what we don't
The scope is personal training and strength & conditioning: the programming, loading, and conditioning built for your sport's demands.
- We program — strength, power, energy-system conditioning, and loading targeted to your sport.
- We don't — sport-specific skill, technique, tactics, or drills. That stays with you and your in-person coach.
