How your program adapts to what you log
Your Pro plan regenerates its remaining weeks from what you actually log — honest logging and pain flags reshape the training automatically.
On Pro, your plan doesn't sit still. In the background it rewrites its remaining weeks from what you actually did — there's no button to press.
What drives it
Log every session honestly — done, modified, or missed — and answer the session feedback. When there's something worth acting on, the plan regenerates the weeks ahead, continuing your current loads and keeping the original end date. It never resets you to week one.
- Notes you or your coach leave on a session
- Missed or skipped sessions
- Pain you flag in feedback
- Effort that trends much too hard or too easy across sessions
Routine sessions logged at normal effort with no notes won't force a rewrite on their own — but everything you log still feeds the next update, so nothing is lost.
When you flag pain
A pain flag always triggers an update: your report is fed straight into the regeneration so the weeks ahead ease off rather than push through it, and if you work with a coach they're alerted right away (within the data you've shared). Composite Athlete isn't a medical provider — for pain that's sharp, persistent, or getting worse, stop and see a qualified professional before training through it.
