Drafting athlete feedback (AI-assisted)

Generate an AI draft note about an athlete's recent training, edit it, and save. Commentary only — it never changes the program.

The "Athlete feedback" panel drafts a short, personal note about an athlete's recent training that you review, edit, and save. It's commentary only — saving a note never changes their program.

  1. On the athlete's page, in "Athlete feedback", click "Draft note" to generate a draft from their recent training.
  2. Review and edit the text — you're responsible for the final note. Click "New draft" for a different starting point.
  3. Click "Save feedback".

When the draft flags a concern

If the athlete's recent data raises a safety concern, the draft takes a careful, non-celebratory tone and points them to a professional — keep that guidance in your note.

If your edited text raises a warning (for example, you removed the referral, or added medical or diagnostic language), you'll see a review prompt. Read it, tick "I've reviewed these and want to send this note as written", then click "Acknowledge & save".

Feedback needs the athlete's "Feedback & notes" consent — without it the panel is disabled. To change programming, use "Adjust programming" or "Modify active program" instead (details).
